What to feed: i1-i3 nymphs: Fruit flies (D. melanogaster, D. hydei) i4-i6 nymphs: Fruit flies (D. hydei, house flies, small roaches i6-Adult: House flies, greenbottle/bluebottle flies, small/medium roaches, small/medium crickets, waxworms/moths
Enclosure: Small nymphs can be housed in a 5.5oz deli cup (up to 3i or so) then a 16oz deli cup is recommended for larger nymphs (until around 6i). Adults are generally fine in a 32oz deli cup.
