DOA (Dead On Arrival)
If your mantis arrives dead upon arrival and you believe you are within our Shipping Policies for LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee)
then you must provide proof of the DOA.
To do this, simply Contact Us and attatch an image of the dead mantis as proof.
We are not responsible for insufficient care of your mantis.
If your mantis dies due to improper care, there is nothing we can do and no refund will be provided.
Please review our Care Guides to make sure you are prepared for your mantis.
If you believe that your mantis arrived sick resulting in death, then you may recieve a refund for the cost of the mantis if proper evidence is provided.
The deadline to contact us regarding recieving a sick mantis is 2 days.
After 2 days, it will be assumed that the mantis has arrived healthy and in good condition.
Cancellation:
If you ordered something by accident or decided to cancel an order, simply Contact Us for a complete refund.
Once it is shipped, no refund will be provided.
Freebies:
If you order 2 or more mantises of the same species, your order might include extras depending on current stock.
We do this incase one of the mantises dies during the shipping process.
If you do not want extras in your order, please specify that in the notes when you order.
